Investigates customer inquiries regarding invoice discrepancies. • Filing of customer invoices and contracts. • Daily analysis of maintenance team open call report. • Reviews paperwork, completes calls, and forwards paperwork to appropriate staff members and customers as necessary. • Creates customer invoices for work performed in assigned area. • Responsible for billing customers for all work performed by their assigned technicians. • Maintains customer service contracts and warranty database. • Transfers and posts all maintenance invoices into billing software.
